We’re honored to work with you on one of the biggest days of your life and take this responsibility seriously (and with enthusiasm!). Our goal in creating this portal is to provide you with all of the necessary tools to succeed in planning the best day ever. Timeline Genius is a powerful tool we use to create detailed, collaborative timelines for your wedding. This ensures everyone—from vendors to the wedding party—is aligned, even in unforeseen circumstances. It's a crucial part of your planning package, even for the simplest weddings. Though we will create a skeleton timeline with you earlier, you'll receive an invitation to collaborate on your detailed Timeline Genius timeline about two months out from your wedding. AN INTRO TO TIMELINE GENIUS
Every wedding is different, so not everyone starts at the same place! If you’ve already selected your venue, then we recommend starting with our Planning Checklist. If you have not yet booked a venue, your planner will reach out to you directly with your first steps.
If you’re excited to get started on something (anything!!), you can work on your Guest RSVP Tracker right away to get the ball rolling. It’s not something we require you to use, but it’ll save you so much time as you move forward with wedding planning. And remember, if you are a client who has booked fewer planning hours, you should utilize the resources available in your portal to plan!

No ifs, ands, or buts about it—these documents are required when you work with us. Please ensure that you fill out the following documents so we can create a stress-free wedding experience for you:

The Planning Portal is a customized website for you with (hopefully) everything you’ll need to plan your wedding; and if you hope to save on planning hours, make sure you utilize it! There is A LOT included, and our team is always adding more and making updates. You may see those pop-ups now and then, but we’ll always email you with any major changes.

Planning Timeline
You will have calls with our team throughout the planning process, with the most concentrated time for your planning calls occurring 4-10 weeks before your wedding. Until then, we’re waiting for the must-know details to be locked in, but you’re welcome to have as many calls as you’d like based on your desired level of support. Your final planning calls will typically follow this schedule: Call One is 8-10 weeks out from your wedding, and Call Two is 4-6 weeks out from your wedding.
