A very thorough job and questionnaire to understand what was needed and all the calls/check points on the way kept us on track. Her team, Whitney and Allison ran the rehearsal dinner and helped on the wedding day as well, we hadn't even met them until that point, but they were briefed in so well that it was super seamless.
